753 Explosion-proof Electronic Transmitter

The Model 753 Differential Pressure Transmitters provide a 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA message that is equal to the differential pressure and transmits it to separate viewing, controlling or reading equipment. Differential stress sources include liquid temperature and specific gravity modifications in ships; stream of liquids and gasses through orifice tubes, nozzles or venturis; pressure drop across filters and static line temperatures, etc.
Model 753 receivers form a differential stress device (DPU) with an electronic circuit. The production of 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA is consistent with a broad spectrum of digital collecting, power and reading facilities. The tool uses miniaturized hybrid electronic circuits and a cantilever beam of molecular-bonded strain gage detection, driven straight by the movement of the bellows within the DPU. The electrical links are housed within a junction box in many applications. The junction box, however, is mandatory.

For the Model 753 transmitters, the mechanical actuating device is a dual bellows assembly enclosed by a set of two pressure housings. The structure comprises of two interconnected bellows, a center block, overrange valves, a temperature compensator, a strain gage installation, and distance springs. The inner volume of the bellows and center block is filled and sealed with a clean, non-corrosive, non-conductive liquid with a low freezing point. The cantilever beam of motion-sensing is also closed in this setting.
