Barton 752 Differential Pressure Transmitter

The Model 752 Differential Pressure Transmitters provide a 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA signal equal to the differential stress and transmit it to different capturing, monitoring or viewing devices. Sources of differential stress include liquid temperature and particular ship gravity changes; flux of liquids and gasses through orifice pipes, nozzles or venturis; pressure drop across filters and static line conditions, etc.
The Model 752 receivers merge an electronic circuit with a differential stress device (DPU). Production of 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA is compatible with a wide range of digital collection, energy and teaching equipment. The tool uses miniaturized hybrid electronic circuits and a cantilever beam of detection of molecular-bonded strain gage, driven directly by the movement of the bellows within the DPU. In many applications, the electrical connections are located within a junction box.

Barton 752 Differential Pressure Transmitter

However, the crossing board is compulsory. The mechanical actuating device of the Model 752 transmitter is a dual bellows assembly linked by a set of two stress housings. The framework consists of two interconnected bellows, a center block, overrange valves, a temperature compensator, a strain gage assembly, and range springs. The internal space of the bellows and center block is packed and closed with a small freezing point smooth, non-corrosive, non-conductive fluid. The motion-sensing cantilever beam is also locked in this environment.

The electronic transmitter offers a 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA direct current yield signal equivalent to the differential stress encountered by the DPU. The output stream is transmitted via a two-wire transmission circuit to remote transmitting devices. The Model 752 transmitters have been subjected to IEEE-344 qualification testing which demonstrates that when exposed to seismic acceleration-related loads up to 12 Gs, the unit will not leave its stress cap or organisational stabilization.
