Barton 306 Positive displacement meter

The Barton Model 306 Flotrac uses a “constrained vortex” principle to meter high pressure, non-viscous liquids accurately and efficiently over a broad range. The water or liquid being metered may contain some abrasive and corrosive materials destructive to other types of meters. The rotor, shaft, and register gearing are the only moving parts in the Flotrac meter. The housing is epoxy-coated cast steel. The rotor and housing inserts are Ryton R4, practically impervious to dissolved salts and alkalies, water and most acids. A magnetic coupling rotor to register eliminates packing and leakage and has a fail-safe device to prevent register “blow up” in high pressure service. The rotor bearings and journals are of special materials providing exceptional service life with water or non-lubricating liquids. Barton 7400 Gas turbine meter

BARTON ® Model 7400 Precision Turbine Flow Meters are built in a broad variety of automotive, business, pipeline and aerospace applications for the gas sector. Since the pickup coil performance is digital, the Model 7400 meters is a perfect fit for electronic control instruments — no analog to digital conversion is required. The rotor reaction comes in milliseconds, offering precise metering for quickly shifting flow patterns in applications.
When the gas travels through the diffuser portion, it is pushed through a turbine rotor with several blades. The speed of the rotor is proportional to the volumetric flux rate. A reticence style pickup coil (mounted on the meter) senses the movement of each blade tip as the rotor turns and in-turn produces a sine wave output with a frequency that is directly proportional to the flow rate. For backup or flow path sensing additional coils can be attached. The pickup coil can

Barton CryoScan 60 Remote telemetry system

When the supply of cryogenic items is crucial, Cameron's BARTON ® CryoScan ® 60 (CS60) Telemetry Device can be assured to provide up-to-the-minute calculation of tank depth. Level details are sent directly to the machine of an operator, maximizing inventory control and distribution times of items.
Continuous tracking and warning system from the CS60 helps alleviate fuel scarcity and eliminates the need for extra inventory deliveries to ensure tank rates are not dangerously low. The CS60 is extremely functional, simple to deploy and cost effective for businesses who handle several chemicals and/or several storage facilities, and applications such as healthcare systems where a continuous supply of cryogenic gas is essential. Barton 1334 Flowmeter pulse transmitter
CategoryBarton, metering systems
TagsBARTON
Barton 1334 Flowmeter pulse transmitter is a newly added transmitter developed by Barton Industries. A Flowmeter pulse transmitter (FPT) connects a Floco flowmeter to the frequency output. Providing the requisite electronic performance associated with an automation or SCADA project is best adapted for retrofitting in situ metres. The transmitter consists of a gear-like aim, which is powered by the flowmeter and placed inside a typical turbine flowmeter pickup coil's magnetic field. When the gear teeth travel through the pickup coil an electric pulse is produced in the same way a pulse is created by the rotation of a turbine meter's rotor blades. On a 2-in flowmeter the FPT will produce up to 126 pulses per galUS. If you need a different model other than those listed, please contact us at contact@ittcontrols.com. Models F-500 | F-2500BARTON

Barton 308 Flowmeter pulse transmitter
CategoryBarton, metering systems
TagsBARTON
Similar to the Model 1334 transmitter, the Model 308 transmits a distinct electrical pulse through the BARTON Floco meter to indicate the displacement of a specific amount of air. The rate of pulse propagation can be interpreted to determine flow intensity by calculating the pulses representing the total flow.
Increasing pulse is precisely divisible by a factor of ten for Model 308 to enable either very basic or specialized remote devices to translate the pulses into specified units of measurement. Available pulse rates of 1 to 1,000 pulses per barrel or 1 to 100 pulses per gallon can be used to operate electrical clocks, batch clocks or to track pumps, engines, valves or solenoid-actuated equipment in combination with one another. Barton F2500 Series Floco Positive Displacement Meter

Barton F2500 Series Floco Positive Displacement Meter is a flow meter developed by Barton. The flowmeter of the Floco series product range of F reflects the volume form tool varying in the special configuration of a rotor maintaining the calculation precision even under adverse conditions.
The unit of a F type range calculates liquid intake by its division into two equivalent sections and their volume measurements. Liquid flows from the inlet channel to a flowmeter, where it deviates down through a crossing point and lands on the rotor surface, causing it to spin. Then, liquid flows into the final channel with the inlet channel situated along one side. A rotor's unique nature enables strong particles and a deposit to be moved through the system, without fearing its failure and defective operation. Crossing point condensing components avoid the flow of material to the final channel that is
